“Parsley“ will be the featured PowerPoint presentation at the monthly meeting. Guest speaker, Jane Irvin-Klotz will explain everything you’ve ever wanted to know about Parsley. This ever popular garden herb, commonly used for flavoring and garnishing, is also cultivated as a vegetable. Her presentation will cover its history, cultivation, varieties and many culinary uses.
Irvin-Klotz received her Associates Degree in Horticulture and Garden Design from Temple University. She a member of the Norristown Garden Club and the Old York Road Garden Club. A member at large of the Herb Society of American, Irvin-Klotz is also a member of the Hardy Plant Society and serves as a volunteer at Morris Arboretum special events.
All meetings are open to the public; a donation of $4 is requested from non-members.
