Until noon.  Join Agnes Kozak, passionate home fermenter and nutritionist, to learn about the wonderful world of fermentation and the goodness of Microgreens. We will explore the process of making the healthful drinks kombucha and kaffir and how to ferment root veggies and more. She will also demonstrate the process for growing your own microgreens at home. Everyone will leave with a scoby to make a batch of kombucha and seeds to sprout greens. Bring two jars and leave with a zesty veggoes and microgreens to look forward to! As always there will be sampling of Agnes’ home brew, tasty snacks and a good time had by all. $20 per person
