Doylestown Food Market presents 2017 FED Talks: “Why do We Eat What We Eat, When We Know What We Know?” with Kira Kraiman, Holistic Health Coach at Awellfedlife.com.

On November 2nd, 2017, 7:00 – 9:00. Come learn the basics of Behavioral Change and how we can use this to help improve our health. We will look at cravings, comfort eating, and other factors that keep us from making the changes that we really want to make. You will come away with a solid plan for changing one small behavior. Participants can enter a raffle to win a free spot in a 6-week group coaching program ($150 value).

The cost for individual talks is $5 for Co-Op Members/Owners and $8 for non-members. To purchase tickets and for more information, visit: www.doylestown.coop/fed_talks_2017.
