New Hope Film Festival Proudly Presents Earthwork at the County Theater in Doylestown

Earthwork

New Hope Film Festival is proud to present Earthwork by filmmaker Chris Ordal at the County Theater in Doylestown, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 7:30 PM.

Earthwork received rave reviews from the audience during the 2010 New Hope Film Festival, where Ordal walked away with a nomination for Best Picture. Earthwork went on to land a deal with Shadow Distribution.

The film is based on the inspiring, true-life story of Stan Herd, a crop artist from Kansas who in 1994 traveled to Manhattan to create a massive environmental artwork on land owned by Donald Trump. Herd is played by Oscar nominee John Hawkes (Winter’s Bone). L.A.Times calls Earthwork “a flawless gem;” it is not to be missed.

The County Theater is located at 20 East State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 and their phone number is 215-345-6789.
