Langhorne Rotary news

Sandra Tharakan was recognized as May’s Student of the Month by the Langhorne Rotary Club at its meeting on May 18th. Sandra resides in Langhorne and is the daughter of Sunitha and Joseph Tharakan.

At Neshaminy High School, she carries a 4.58 GPA and is ranked No. 5 in her class of 661. Sandra was introduced by NHS staffer Ellen Belke, and Jason Bowman, Acting Superintendent, Neshaminy School District.

Langhorne Rotary and the Langhorne Rec Board are getting ready for the annual Langhorne Rotary Pet Fair and Family Fun Day being held this year on Saturday, August 26th, at the Mayors Playground. Vendors and non-profits wishing a space are asked to sign up on Event Brite.com/Langhorne Rotary Pet Fair 2023 registration.

The Langhorne Rotary meets for lunch on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 12:15pm until 1:30. For more information visit a Rotary meeting or www.LanghorneRotaryClub.com.
