Spotlight: Acting Naturally Theatre looking forward to meeting you!

Acting Naturally Inc., located at the Shoppes at Flowers Mill, built a 5,000 square foot venue, including 130-seat theatre to enhance the performances of the actors they educate. 

The 501(c)3 nonprofit, now in its 13th year, has over 170 students weekly in their acting, singing, dancing and performing programs and looking for more students to join them!

In addition to their weekly Workshops, Acting Naturally offers eight full weeks of summer camps.

Campers perform a new and different show each week in the summer.

2020 summer shows will include Aladdin Jr., Moana Jr., Broadway Bootcamp (a medley of songs and production numbers from current Broadway shows) Murder @Aunt Agatha’s (play) Legally Blonde Jr., Into the Woods Jr., and The Addams Family.

Actors ages 8 – 18 audition for roles and are cast prior to the start of the weekly camp.

Actors can choose one week or the full summer.

All registered actors receive a role.

Summer camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm (before and after care is available).

Their shows are performed June, July and August on Friday’s at 7:00pm, and Saturday’s at 11:00am and 1:00pm.

Bucks County residents are not the only students who participate.

Boys and girls travel from far away to be a part of the Acting Naturally shows and for an opportunity to join their programing. 

Acting Naturally also houses a professionally trained Youth Company (ages 13+) and Jr. Youth Company (ages 10 – 12) is one of a kind.

This audition-based ensemble trains from September through May.

They perform in Langhorne, in drama competitions, and also in New York City for a weekend of performances and professional development.

Over the course of three full days in NYC, the students perform and participate in master classes with professionals working on Broadway.

Past clinicians include Michele Pawk (Tony Award winner, 10 Broadway shows), Laura Woyasz (Glinda/Wicked) Jennifer DiNoia (Alphaba/Wicked) Maddy Trumble (Newsies/Mary Poppins) Tyler Roberts (Aladdin) and many others.

This past January both companies worked with Andrew Sellon from Gotham, in a film and T.V Master Class.
