    DAR welcomes new members

On December 12th the Bucks County chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution met for their annual Christmas meeting. This year they welcomed three women to the chapter. The chapter, based in Doylestown, has welcomed over 300 members since it was founded in 1925.

The women’s eligibility for membership was certified by the National Society by verification of proven lineal descent from an ancestor who gave aid to American colonists during the American Revolution.
