Annual Sock Drive to benefit local shelters

The Seventh Annual Holiday Sock Drive is underway at Kalker Podiatry in Newtown through January 1st.

The Drive will benefit Valley Youth House in Warminster and Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter in Levittown.

Brand new pairs of socks may be dropped off at Kalker Podiatry, 6 South Sycamore Street, Newtown.

The Sock Drive has been very successful since 2013, collecting more than 6,400 pairs of socks.

Valley Youth House is a safe haven for young people with the ultimate goal of having them rejoin their families.

The Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter, operated by Family Service Association of Buck County, is a temporary residence for individuals and families who have lost safe and stable housing.
