Morrisville Senior Center welcomes Little Free Library

The Morrisville Senior Center is now the proud home of a Little Free Library!

Little Free Library is the name of a nonprofit organization that inspires a love of reading, builds community, and sparks creativity by fostering neighborhood book exchanges around the world.

The organization helps people around the world start and maintain free “take a book, share a book” exchanges called Little Free Libraries.

There are over 90,000 Little Free Library locations.

They are placed in front yards, parks, gardens and easily accessible locations.

The Libraries are built to withstand weather of all kinds and hold 20-100 books.

The Center extends its thanks to Susan Kurshenski for donating the library and to Dennis Fuss for installing the library.

The Morrisville Senior Center is located at 31 E. Cleveland Avenue.

The library is located right in front of the parking lot entrance. Anyone is welcome to visit to “take a book, share a book” at the Little Free Library!
