Colleen Evanchik goes Royale with her own Re/Max

Born and brought up in Great Britain, Colleen Evanchik moved to the U.S. many years ago and eventually settled in Yardley.

Colleen’s real estate career started in 1993, and her son Peter joined her in 1998 and then Tanya in 2009.

While at Allen Realtor as a rookie, she was third in the office of 25 agents after only one year.

“I moved to the Re/Max organization in 1995 and never looked back,” says Colleen. “I made Re/Max Hall of Fame after only four years.”

The Re/Max Hall of Fame is a major accomplishment in the business.

Colleen has a broker’s license in both PA and NJ and a varied background in business.

Before becoming a realtor, she founded and operated Living Waters Christian Book & Gift store in Newtown, which was a huge success.

She also owned and operated, along with her son Peter, a Curves for Women in Levittown.

Peter graduated from Ursinus College before joining Colleen on her team.

Colleen’s daughter Tanya sold new construction for twelve years, so when she joined, Tanya was an expert in that field.

During the course of time, Colleen ran a satellite office for Re/Max Properties in Washington Crossing, which she closed as her husband became ill so she could be more flexible with her time.

“The opportunity recently opened up for me to own and operate a Re/Max franchise of my own,” says Colleen.

She operated this franchise with her son and daughter, and their latest team member, Joe Maher.

Joe brings to the team a wealth of knowledge of buildings as he has a mechanical background.
