Field Trip caps off a fun-filled year

The Kindergarten Class at The Montessori School celebrated the end of the school year by going on a Field Trip to Easton, PA.

The children learned about canal life long ago and rode on a boat pulled by mules at the Lehigh Canal.  They had fun participating in activities at the Crayola Experience.

The Montessori School uses Field Trips to enhance their kindergartners’ learning experiences.

In January they learned about the Solar System and took a trip to the New Jersey State Museum Planetarium.

In February they learned about art and artists and visited the Princeton University Art Museum to see examples of different types of art.

In March the children read the Pete the Cat series of books and then went to see the play “Pete the Cat.”

The Montessori School, located at 501 W. Maple Avenue in Morrisville, is an independent preschool through kindergarten.
