‘Stewards of Children: Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training’ on Monday, June 3rd from 6:00-8:00pm. Learn how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. This two-hour training is provided for free and open to any adult. Act 48 credits are provided for teachers as well as CEUs for nurses, social workers, dentists, and dental hygienists.

 ‘Cybersecurity: Keeping Yourself Safe Online” on Wednesday, June 5th at 7:00pm.Whether you are young or old, understanding how to keep your information safe and secure online is vitally important for everyone. This presentation covers key topics like using secure websites, creating strong passwords, being aware of what you put on social media, and even tips for shopping online safely.

‘Digital Photography SeriesWorkshop #1: Cell Phone Photography’ on Monday, June 10th at 7:00pm. Learn how to capture a masterpiece with your cell phone camera. Learn about how to get the exposure and composition right as well as how to use the light in front of you, enhance the color of your photos, manipulate your photos, etc.

‘Thursday Morning Movie Club: Bohemian Rhapsody’ on Thursday. June 13th at 11:00am.Free coffee will be served.  No registration required.

‘Summer Quest Kickoff: Giant Game Day’ on Saturday, June 15th from 11:00am-2:00pm for all ages. Kick off summer with some giant, life-sized games! Don’t forget to sign up for Summer Quest! No registration is required.

‘RPG Adventure’ will be held every other Tuesday at 6:30pm for Grades 5-12 on June 18th, July 2nd, July 16th, July 30th, August 13th, and August 17th. Interested in role playing games? Create a character and explore the world of Dungeons & Dragons.Who will you be? An elven wizard? A gnomish rogue?

‘Digital Photography SeriesWorkshop #2: Editing Cell Phone Photographs’ on Wednesday, June 19th at 7:00pm. Learn about editing cell phone photographs using the features on your phone as well as free apps.

‘Geology Rocks!’ on Thursday, June 20th at 2:00pm for ages 5-12. Presented by Churchville Nature Center. Become a geologist: look for meteorite dust, explode a volcano, pound copper, and create a metamorphic rock as we explore the processes that make up the changes in the earth.

‘Harry Potter Quizzo’ on Tuesday, June 25th at 6:30pm for grades 5-12. Team up with your Hogwarts House & test your Harry Potter knowledge! Also enjoy crafts, pizza, and prizes.
