    Makefield’s Public House hires Executive Chef Mark Miller

    Chef Mark Miller joins Makefield’s Public House following a long history of success at various restaurants in the area, mainly the legendary Hamilton Grille Room.

    Makefield’s Public House will open in early May.

    Under Chef Mark’s direction, the former Highlands Grille will launch a new lunch menu available every day from 11:00am until 3:30pm and small plate menu available every Thursday through Sunday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.

    “Hiring Chef Mark Miller and investing in updating the bar and grille will allow us to offer great food and cocktails. Makefield’s has always been a great place to relax and enjoy some of the best golf and views in town.
