‘Expect Better’ with Dave Marcolla of Keller Williams Real Estate – Newtown

Dave Marcolla of Keller Williams Real Estate – Newtown has a message for home-owners and purchasers – Expect Better!

“I have had my own challenging experiences when buying and selling homes and working with realtors,” recalls Dave who has more than 18 years of executive level experience with major corporations and banking institutions including Comcast, AT&T and Commerce Bank (now TD, here in Newtown) centered around improving the customer experience.  “I often thought I could do a much better job because of my professional knowledge around what it takes to make a great customer experience. That’s one of the reasons I decided to get into the real estate business.”

Dave focuses on every client’s needs while building a positive relationship to deliver the best outcome for both the buyer and seller.   

“When folks are interviewing agents, I encourage them not to select an agent based solely on who sold homes at the highest home value or how many,” says Dave, who is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for residential and commercial sales. “You will be working with your agent for usually at least 30 to 90 days or possibly more. That means you’ll be in regular, sometimes daily, contact with your agent. You have to make sure the agent is someone that you ‘click’ with and can have a good working relationship.”

In 2018, the properties that Dave represented sold on average within 28 days at 99% of the asking price.

He recently received the “Realtors Among Us” award from the Bucks County Herald and was a finalist for Bucks County’s Best 2019.

His service area includes Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania and Hunterdon, Burlington and Mercer counties in New Jersey.

“As someone who worked hard to deliver significant results daily in corporate America, I know how to handle tough or demanding situations with calculated actions and smart decisions. I’m approachable, known for my sense of humor and have a calm demeanor. Of course I’m competitive though, so my clients always win!”

Working as a team with his clients, Dave builds a sales strategy leveraging his marketing expertise that includes traditional tactics such as direct mailers, print advertising and local community events.

He also uses many Internet and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram and the Keller Williams mobile app that provides significant current and accurate information for buyers and sellers.

He also provides his clients professional photography, staging and expert pricing recommendations via his free home value estimate process.

Dave trained at the Princeton School of Real Estate and earned his master’s of business administration from LaSalle University.
