Join Doylestown Health’s monthly ‘Walk with a Doc!’

Walking for as little as 30 minutes per day can improve your blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and reduce your risk for coronary heart disease and many other health conditions. At Doylestown Health, we are committed to helping our community get healthy and stay healthy.

Lace up a pair of your most comfortable shoes and join us for an afternoon break of fitness and fun. Join Doylestown Health providers for a walk around Doylestown Hospital’s walking path.

Everyone can attend. Bring a friend, family member or even your dog!

Each event will begin with a short health discussion given by a Doylestown Health clinician, followed by a 30- to 45-minute walk around the Doylestown Hospital campus. There is no need for special gear, just a pair of sneakers or comfortable walking shoes.

When: At noon, every third Wednesday of the month

Where: William E. Neis Park, West Street, Doylestown.
