‘Easter Corsage’ workshop April 16th

The Trevose Horticultural Society will offer an “Easter Corsage” make and take workshop at their monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 7:00pm at the Bensalem Senior Center, 1850 Byberry Road, Bensalem.

All materials will be provided, participants need to bring wire cutters and or clippers and scissors. The public is invited, the cost is $10. 

The Society’s President, Cookie Woodson of Feasterville will demonstrate how to assemble a quick, easy and attractive corsage for spring.

Cookieis an avid gardener of fruits, veggies and herbs with a special interest in pollinators and birds. She enjoys teaching her grandchildren and neighborhood children about planting and harvesting and caring for her backyard chickens.

A pastry chef and floral designer, her arrangements include a “sweet touch” of cookies, pastries and fruits. A donation of $4 is requested from non-members.
