Catching the sun with Bucks Audubon

In a time when renewable energy is vital to our future, Bucks Audubon, in partnership with Penn Environment, wants to celebrate those already utilizing solar and inspire others to make the change by hosting a Solar Tour on May 4th!

This event will spotlight homes and businesses in Central Bucks that are making a difference with solar.

Come and hear people’s “Solar Story” (Why did they choose solar? What obstacles did they encounter? How do they feel about solar now?), and talk to solar experts about the many benefits of solar.

Tickets for the Solar Tour are on sale now at $10/BCAS or Penn Environment members, $15/non-members, and a $30 Carpool Discount (however many you can fit in your car will be covered with this special ticket!) and can be found at www.BCAS.org

Bucks County Audubon Society is celebrating its 50th anniversary of inspiring action for the earth with a wide variety of special events and programs.

Join the celebration at the Earth Day Festival on April 13th, the Solar Tour on May 4th, and the Bio Blitz on May 18th!
