    A TASK for kids

The Montessori School will be doing a day of community service on April 1st. The day is being called “Kids for TASK.”

TASK is the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. The children and their grown-ups will be assembling mini-hygiene bags and kids’ breakfast bags to be given to TASK for their clients.

“This is an opportunity for the children to build character while helping their community,” commented Casey Brenner, coordinator of the event.

The Montessori School and its families will be providing the items for the bags.

Combining fun with their service, the children and their grown-ups will be assembling the bags at the Kids Kingdom Pavilion in Lower Makefield, weather permitting.

After doing their community service, the children will be able to play in Kids Kingdom. The Montessori School serves children in Preschool through Kindergarten in a mixed-age classroom.

The school is located at 501 West Maple Avenue in Morrisville.  For more information, check the website, www.TMS-Montessori.com, or call 215-295-1170.
