BCOC elects two new board members

The Bucks County Opportunity Council (BCOC) elected two new members to its Board of Directors recently.

The new Board members are: Jacob A. Iampietro of Jamison, and Alayna M. Lopez of Quakertown.

Jake has over seven years of banking experience with both Penn Community Bank and Citizens Bank.

He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and was a volunteer with Junior Achievement.

Alayna has worked for Penn Community Bank since 2016 and has served on the United Way of Bucks County’s Emerging Leaders Committee.
BCOC operates with a Tripartite Governing Board that includes representatives of the local government, private sector, and former clients.

The Board is responsible for assuring that the agency continues to assess and respond to the causes and conditions of poverty in the community, achieve anticipated outcomes and remain administratively and fiscally sound.
