The Village Library of Wrightstown is a quaint gem nestled away in the heart of Bucks County.
The small local library offers wide-ranging community programming and personal service.
There is always something new at the Library and this year, the library will be offering free admission passes to a few local arts and museums facilities.
The Village Library now hosts children’s after school programs, preschool story and craft programs, author lectures, book discussion groups, and state sponsored programs.
The community has also flocked to the free “Movies by Moonlight” series, which offers family friendly movies and plans to add additional viewing during the day for at home adults.
Adult programs continue to grow with Chair Yoga, Mediation, Ghost Hunters, Chocolate Making, Music and interactive historical figure presentations. The Library continues to exhibit in every form its grass roots origination through volunteers and its close ties to all aspects of the community – local government, local schools, community based services, and businesses.
Through business partners and community partners the library is now able to support a full-time librarian, two assistants and countless free programs.
The Library’s Book Sale occurs twice a year. This year the first sale will be held in May and November.
Donations for the sale are accepted at the library during hours that it is open.
