Rotary Club of Langhorne

The Rotary Club of Langhorne is a 40-member service, social, business and community organization that enriches the lives of people in Langhorne and the surrounding areas.

Members of the club provide service and support for families, schools, non-profit organizations, community programs, groups, and individuals in need.

Along with over 35,000 other clubs globally, Rotarians believe in a shared responsibility to support and take action on our world’s most persistent issues:

*Promote peace and goodwill;
*Fight disease, homelessness, hunger and drugs;
*Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene;
*Save mothers and children;
*Support education and youth programs;
*Assist communities and grow local economies.

Locally, Langhorne Rotary also sponsors the Interact Club at Neshaminy High School, honors Students of the Month, provides college scholarships, sponsors a middle school anti-bullying program, erected a public bus shelter, does highway cleanup, helps handicap children, literacy programs, food banks, senior homes, and provides financial support to numerous other community organizations.

The club also operates a popular community bulletin board sign which provides free announcements for non-profit organizations in the area. It’s located at the high traffic intersection of Route 213 and Flowers Mill Road in Langhorne.

Business sponsorship advertising is also available.

Fun annual events include a Pasta Buffet fundraiser held on Martin Luther King Day at St. James Church Hall in Langhorne, and a free Langhorne Pet Fair & Family Day each May at the Mayor’s Playground in Langhorne – featuring food, vendors, rides, kids activities, exotic animals and an exciting pet parade.

The Rotary Club of Langhorne meets every Thursday at 12:15pm (except during holiday weeks) at the Bella Tori at the Mansion restaurant in historic Langhorne.

Other Rotarians, business leaders and members of the community are always welcome to attend.

You’ll enjoy a great lunch, interesting speaker, business networking and may even learn more about the community.
