Zuck’s Autobody

by Christine Wolkin

John Zuckowich, owner of Zuck’s Autobody, has more than 30 years experience as a trained technician who truly makes auto body repair an art form. His mechanical abilities and versatility make him a great asset to the industry.

“It’s artwork to me.  I have always liked bringing cars back to life,” says Zuckowich.

John’s dedication to his family and livelihood make him a cut above the rest.

“Customers come back to our shop because they like our work, and we make sure we have 100% satisfaction. If there is anything we can do to make our customers feel comfortable with leaving their car with us, we will do it.”

“Our timing is like no other body shop around,” says John.

The repair shop has a Downdraft booth with oven, which makes the turnaround time much faster return to each customer.

When John was 10, he started working on cars with his uncle. He learned quickly and began working at a collision shop at just 17-years- old.

John also spent time in Florida working with a close friend at his collision repair shop. In February of this year John started working at the current location.

In May of 2018 Steve Chabin, owner of RPM Tire and Auto (Fully Certified, state of the art automotive repair shop) in Fairless Hills and Morrisville, approached John for an opportunity he couldn’t refuse.

Not only is John capable of autobody repair he is also is proud to work next to a great auto repair team.

John took a risk and decided to own and operate Zuck’s Autobody. John says, “I’ll do it right” and “If you don’t like my work, don’t pay me.”

Zuck’s Autobody offers complete collision services from scratches to scuffs to dents – no repair is too big or too small.

“Zuck’s did a fantastic job restoring my 1999 BMW 323i to near factory condition at a more than exceptional price,” said Mark Amoruso.

“I brought my car in for a new paint job. In the process of removing the panels to be painted, John found that the rocker panels on either side were completely rusted through.

Amoruso continued, “When my car was presented to me, I felt like I hit the jackpot coming to Zuck’s Autobody. Even some of the molding was replaced or repainted because John ‘didn’t want to present anything to me less than perfect.’ And he delivered! My BMW looks like I just drove it off the lot for the first time!”

The repair shop also offers frame damage repair, fender and bumper replacement and custom painting and expert paint matching.

Let Zuck’s create a one-of-a-kind special color that will make your car different from anyone else’s.

“They did an amazing job! Clean, precise – my van looks brand new. And the turn-around time was so fast I didn’t realize my car was gone,” said Lisa Konopka.

“Zuck’s service rivals luxury car dealerships and then exceeds it with a personal touch of a small-town business. I could not thank him enough. He gave my truck that 100,000 miles it deserved. John was clearly and rightly proud of the job but was also modest. He sincerely thanked me for giving Zuck’s the business. For me, my experience with Zuck’s was outstanding on all counts and they will be working on all my cars in the future,” said Don Amoruso.

Zuck’s Autobody has been located at 500 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Morrisville, PA 19067 since July of this year.
