This unforgettable evening of music and memories features songs and stories from each duo’s sixties heyday when they were collectively responsible for 30 Billboard chart hits, including “A World Without Love,” “I Go to Pieces,” “Lady Godiva,” “Yesterday’s Gone,” “A Summer Song,” and “Everyone’s gone to the Moon.”
By the end of that musical decade, both duos headed off to new interests, with Clyde pursuing acting, and Asher taking charge of the A&R department at the Beatle’s Apple Records, producing both James Taylor and Linda Ronstadt.
Now, between producing projects, Asher is the host of a new show on Sirius XM satellite radio’s new Beatles Channel called “From Me To You,” where he tells anecdotes about the Beatles and plays music by the Fab Four, Peter & Gordon and others.
Don’t miss this special opportunity to hear the stories behind the lives and music of these two legendary duos in a multi-media, interactive and intimate setting.
Friday, January 25th, 2019 at the New Hope Winery, 8:00pm. Information and tickets are available at www.winterfestival.net.
