‘Food for Thought, Food for Poetry’ reading coming Dec. 20th

Poets, lift your voices.

Join the poet community for a Holiday Poetry Reading on Thursday, December 20th, 6:30pm at The Doylestown Bookshop, 16 S. Main Street, Doylestown.

This special Holiday Edition of Poetry Night features poetry readings followed by an Open Mic.

River Heron Review and Doylestown Bookshop are hosting the poetry reading, “Food for Thought, Food for Poetry” to benefit Doylestown Food Pantry.

The reading will include a dozen local poets including Bucks County Poets Laureate.

There is no cost to attend, but they request you bring a donation for the Food Pantry.

Canned foods and non-perishable foods such as rice, beans, pasta, muffin mix are welcome, as are paper products (napkins, paper towels, wraps, and storage bags).

All size donations are appreciated from individual food items to a full grocery bag.

Come join in celebrating the season and sharing your own bounty with others.
