On Saturday, October 13th, from 10:00am until 4:30pm, Historic Fallsington, Inc. will host its annual Historic Fallsington Day.
Held on Meetinghouse Square, this time-honored event will feature folksingers, puppets shows, jugglers, Colonial dancing, and Native American dancing; demonstrations of Colonial skills, craft tables, book sales; tours of museum buildings, and local churches.
Children’s activities, hayrides, bakes sales, a quilt raffle and a wide array of delicious food for sale will add to the festivities.
This event is free and open to the public.
And on Sunday, October 28th, from 6:00 until 8:00pm, Historic Fallsington, Inc. invites you to partake of their lantern-led tours through Fallsington, where you will meet a host of village spirits from the 18th century and hear their tales from the past!
Tours will begin at the Gillingham Store, 4 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, continuing every 15 minutes, last tour offered at 8:00pm.
Appropriate for all ages, prices are as follows: adults $7; children 12 and under $3.
Space is limited and prepaid tickets are suggested (non-refundable).
All proceeds benefit the programs of Historic Fallsington, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the village of Fallsington.
