Bucks County Singers hosting choral festival

The Bucks County Singers will be hosting their annual Voices of Bucks Concert on Saturday, November 3rd.

This event has been pleasing audiences since the 1980’s.

The concert features several invited local choirs of all ages, including Council Rock South Vocal Ensemble, Neshaminy High School Select Choir, St. Andrew’s Children Choir, and a barbershop quartet, “Ring the Rafters,” as well as the Singers, who perform their own selections.

Following the individual performances, over 100 voices join together for a patriotic tribute to celebrate Veterans Day, which will conclude an afternoon of great singing.

Terry Boyle Greenland, an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of the Arts, is the Director of the Singers and the group is accompanied by Marilyn Clark, retired music educator in the Neshaminy School District.

The concert begins at 3:30pm at the New Life Christian Church, 4 Freedom Drive, Newtown.

Tickets are $15 and are available at the door.
