Former Philadelphia Eagles player, Bill Bergey, served as the event’s guest speaker during the evening program.
Robert Rogala of Doylestown, LVF’s Board President, served as the event chairperson.
The outing raised close to $60,000, which will support the construction and implementation of the first Crisis Residential Program in Bucks County, The Lodge at Lenape Valley Foundation. This valuable program will offer a much-needed safe haven for people who require a brief respite due to an acute behavioral crisis.
It is an effective and less traumatizing alternative to inpatient hospitalization.
The Lodge is scheduled to open this fall.
