Twentieth Annual Golf Tournament for CSCGP at Gilda’s Club

    The Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia (CSCGP) at Gilda’s Club is hosting its 20th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, June 18th, at Commonwealth National Golf Club in Horsham.

    CSCGP anticipates approximately 125 golfers will attend this year.

    This event raises over $50,000 annually to support the free programs for local men, women and children affected by cancer.

    Registration begins at 11:00 am along with lunch in the clubhouse. Merrill Reese (Voice of the Eagles), Paul Jolovitz (WIP Sports Radio Personality) and Tommy Greene (Former Phillies Pitcher) kick off the outing at 12 Noon with a shotgun start.

    “Commonwealth is rated as one of the top 25 courses in PA by golf digest,” stated Kelly Harris, the CEO of CSCGP. “However, this will be more than a great day of golf, food, and networking, you will also be making a difference in the lives of so many local families affected by cancer by raising funds for our more than 150 free month programs.”

    Amazing sports themed auction items will be available to bid on such as a Brian Dawkins (former Eagle) framed autographed photo, a Pete Rose autographed jersey, Diamond Club Phillies tickets, Flyers box tickets and more. Hole in one contests prizes include a lease on a new Mercedes and a trip to the 2019 Super Bowl as well as many others.

    On course beer tasting, cocktails with open bar, a fun wine pull raffle, gourmet dinner and an exciting awards ceremony round out the day of golfing.

    Commonwealth National Golf Club is an exclusive member only course however, this event is open to the public.
