Anna Skrot honored as Student of the Month by Rotary

Anna Skrot was recognized as May’s Student of the Month by the Feasterville Rotary Club at its breakfast meeting earlier this month. Anna, who lives in Feasterville, has attended Neshaminy schools since kindergarten, carries a 4.2 GPA and is ranked No. 51 in her class of 623.

She was introduced to the Rotary by Mr. William Ritchey, Grade-Level Assistant Principal at Neshaminy High School. Anna’s senior courses are AP Government, AP Statistics, AP Spanish 5, Ceramics, Honors Macroeconomics, Honors English and Information Technology 2.

She is captain of the field hockey team, treasurer of Student Council, on the Executive Board of Mini-Thon and a member of National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Debate and FBLA.

Anna placed third in FBLA Global Business, Region 12, and first in Banking and Finance Systems (2017), is a 2018 Kiwanis scholar student athlete and her name consistently appears on the Distinguished Honor Roll.

She has interned at Frank Ferry’s office, and has volunteered with the PA Republican Party and Historic Langhorne Association. Anna is also a party host at Altitude Trampoline Park.

In the fall, she will become a member of Army ROTC and attend the University of Maryland to major in Government and Politics and minor in Spanish. She also plans to attend law school with a career goal of becoming a lawyer.
