Martha Washington Garden Club gets its hands dirty!

If you have an interest in gardening or floral design, you are invited to the Martha Washington Garden Club lectures. Membership is not required to attend any function.

Their Wednesday, February 22nd meeting features a garden lecture on Lavender planting, uses, and drying.

Their March 22nd meeting will include a lecture on “The New Iris: There’s a Place in Every Garden.

On April 26th, a program on edible Landscaping will be presented, and their May 24th meeting will investigate garden art ideas with projects you can make to add a finishing touch to your garden.

Proceeds from club projects fund the Jane Parr Memorial Scholarship Fund to students pursuing a horticulture/floral related field.

New members are always welcome to join for an annual fee of $30, or to attend the monthly lectures that would be of interest to you for $5.

Refreshments are included, and no reservations are required. Come and bring a friend.
