Lavanga Chiropractic’s Circle of Wellness Center in Feasterville recently added yoga classes and private yoga instruction to its comprehensive wellness services.

PDYOGA at the Circle of Wellness Center offers classes for all skill levels, from beginners and newer practitioners to advanced and experienced yogis.

“Our classes are boutique style which means we have a maximum of eight people per class so each person gets individualized attention,” says owner Dr. Dan Lavanga, who opened the chiropractic practice in 1987 and gradually added a full complement of holistic services.

Five experienced instructors teach classes at varying times, including mornings and early evenings, five days per week in: vinyasa, yin yoga, hatha, ashtanga, gentle, power, restorative, hot yoga, meditation and much more.

The first class is complimentary and there’s a discounted rate for clients who would like to work with each instructor to find the best fit.

“Yoga adds an important component to the seven facets of wellness offered to our clients at the Center,” says Dr. Dan, “in fact, the word ‘yoga’ means union or connection and its ancient practice promotes physical, mental and emotional harmony.”

The Circle of Wellness is a holistic system that relates to the physical, chemical and emotional health of an individual.

Its seven components address Chiropractic, massage and physiotherapy, exercise and rehabilitation, detoxification, nutrition and weight management, stress management, coaching and personal development and holistic healthcare.

The Center has a variety of options to access the entire program or certain facets.

Clients receive an assessment, a summary of findings and an evaluation and a individualized care plan for their personal needs.

“We’ve evolved over the last 30 years and we’ve become not only a holistic wellness center but also a resource center for people to achieve and maintain healthy practices and lifestyle choices,” he says.

In addition to the yoga instructors, the Circle of Wellness Center’s staff includes certified Circle of Wellness counselors, certified massage therapists and chiropractic assistants. “Everyone goes through our training program. Our entire staff is certified as wellness counselors and we all work together as a team,” says Dr. Dan, author of four books on holistic care and wellness, leadership, work-life balance and related topics.

For chiropractic services, Lavanga Chiropractic uses many traditional and specialized adjustment techniques customized for each client. “We take care of patients from all walks of life,” notes Dr. Dan, “from high school athletes to octogenarians. We’ve been very successful in helping caring for people in this community for many years. With yoga added to our services, our clients really have access to all options right here, in one location.”

The Center is a lifetime member of the Feasterville Business Association, supports the Wounded Warrior Project, and local sports teams and community events. Veterans, the military and first responders are eligible for a discount on services.

PDYOGA and Lavanga Chiropractic Circle of Wellness Center is located at 112 E. Pennsylvania Boulevard in Feasterville.
