The Salvation Army strives to foster the comfort and cheer of holiday blessings in communities across the world while helping people to meet their basic needs.
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center ministries provide a residential rehabilitation program with a focus on basic necessities.
Each year, several hundred men predominantly from Bucks and Mercer Counties are given a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure-time activities, group and individual counseling, spiritual direction and resources to assist them to develop life skills.
The Rehabilitation Center seeks volunteers, donations of clothing, shoes, electronics, furniture and household goods.
These donations are a critical component in the ongoing operation of the Center, then sold at their Family Thrift Stores located at 191 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, 436 Mulberry Street, Trenton NJ, and 15 State Highway 33, Hamilton, NJ.
The Salvation Army shares the wonder of God’s love with those less fortunate every holiday season.
With your help, it will continue assisting those who are homeless, abused or disadvantaged in pursuit of its goals: serving the most people, meeting the most needs, DOING THE MOST GOOD!
