    Sophie’s Salad

    spring mix

    all-natural chicken (cooked and cut)

    green apples (diced)

    dried cranberries

    glazed pecans

    bleu cheese

    suggested dressing: Saladworks lite raspberry vinaigrette

     

    Sophie’s Salad started as a ‘Create Your Own’ contest winning salad from years ago. It was so popular that that we added it onto the regular menu as a signature salad and is still on the menu today! Start with a bed of spring mix as the base of your salad. Add in all-natural cooked and cut chicken; we recommend using our antibiotic free Sous Vide chicken with no artificial ingredients and no preservatives. Cut the green apple into approximately half inch pieces and then add into the salad and chicken mixture. Sprinkle dried cranberries and glazed pecans on top of the salad and then mix in with the spring mix, chicken, and green apple. Add crumbled bleu cheese into the salad. We recommend topping off the salad with our lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing but this salad is great with any dressing. Mix the dressing into the salad and enjoy!
