Zengevity coming to Morrisville Senior Servicenter

Get ready to move, groove, and improve yourself beginning in March! ZENgevity is a dance program that combines gentle and joyful movements designed for people ages 50+ to exercise mind, body, and spirit in community.

This program works for seniors of any shape, size, or ability – walkers, canes, and wheelchairs welcome! Stay seated for the entire class, use the chair for balance, or alternate between standing and sitting.

Each class is an opportunity to have fun, laugh a lot, move, ease stiffness, increase energy, and connect with others. Classes will take place at the Morrisville Senior Servicenter, 31 E. Cleveland Avenue (upstairs room – elevator accessible), Wednesdays from 11:00am to noon, March 1st through April 19th.

Take one class or take them all! The cost is $3 per person, per class. The class is open to all area older adults.

Morrisville husband-and-wife team Phil and Jennifer Brown will be leading the class. If you have any questions about ZENgevity, feel free to contact them at 215-736-9338 or j.busabrown@gmail.com.
