HOPE is a group of caring and concerned members of the New Hope community who are volunteers willing to help others. Everyone could be faced with challenges and crises at some point in our lives.
It is HOPE’s goal to share their time, talent and resources for the good of their friends and neighbors. What do HOPE volunteers do?
They provide transportation to medical appointments, the bank, the post office and the supermarket. Volunteers prepare meals on an emergency basis and go grocery shopping for the homebound.
Helping around the house or yard, as well as making phone calls and house visits is another service HOPE provides.
There are five groups of volunteers. Each team serves for one week on a rotating basis.
