4UDREW Foundation raises over $100k to support hunger prevention

Founded in 2008, the 4UDREW Foundation, a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit organization has met their initial goal of donating over $100,000 to local organizations supporting hunger prevention.

The Foundation supports the FACE to FACE and Mother of Sorrow Outreach soup kitchens located in the Philadelphia area, and the Bucks County Housing Group, which operates three community food pantries located in Penndel, Doylestown and Milford Square.

As a supporter of PennDOT’s “Adopt a Highway” Program, the Foundation is committed to a two-mile clean-up on Route 202 near Doylestown Hospital, and provides a scholarship program to La Salle College High School.

Family and friends were inspired to form this Foundation in memory of Drew Panettieri, who tragically passed away in a motocross accident on March 11th, 2006 at the age of 19.

The Foundation continues to thrive because of the committed board members and tremendous support from the community throughout the years. “Our gratitude goes out to the many sponsors, volunteers, vendors and donors who have been instrumental in helping 4UDREW meet this tremendous goal,” stated Suzanne Panettieri, Executive Director of the Foundation.
