The public is invited to join the Pennsbury Marching Band as they host the Twelfth Annual Pennsbury Marching Band Festival on Saturday, November 3 at 6pm in Falcon Stadium at Pennsbury High School, Fairless Hills, Pa. There will be food, great music and fun for all ages. In addition to a stunning field performance by the Pennsbury High School Long Orange Line, the other participating bands including Pennridge, Cherry Hill East, William Tennant and Neshaminy.
The Long Orange Line is coming off another spectacular year in which for the third time in five years they performed out of the country touring in Argentina. The internationally acclaimed marching band is well tuned for another high energy year participating in Youth Education in the Arts (YEA) the Cavalcade of Bands competition as well as being the Honor Band in the Channel 6 Thanksgiving Day Parade. Pennsbury has been named to the Best Communities for Music Education in America for the fourth year in a row.
General admission to the festival is $10.00 and $5.00 for students. All proceeds from the evening’s events will go to support Pennsbury’s music programs. For more information please visit Pennsburybands.org.
