High school seniors awarded scholarships from FCP

Penns FCP Awards1 Penns FCP Awards2 Foundations Community Partnership (FCP) has awarded scholarships to 16 Bucks County public high school seniors through its annual Partnership in Education program this month. Two of the awardees are students from Morrisville High School and Pennsbury High School.

The Foundations Partnership in Education program recognizes the achievements of local Bucks County public high school seniors for their demonstrated community service, commitment to academic performance, and quality of character. Students are nominated by their guidance counselor or a member of the school’s administration.

Ronald Bernstein, Executive Director of Foundations Community Partnership presented checks for $750 to:

*Garilynn Martin at Morrisville High School (attending University of Pittsburgh – Johnstown);

*Juhi Motiani at Pennsbury High School (attending Drexel University).

“Our Partnership in Education program supports young people in Bucks County in their efforts to gain higher educational and develop meaningful and positive roles in our community,” says Bernstein. 

“Recipients of the Foundations scholarships have been active in community service and we encourage them to continue their good works.”
