With more than 10,000 offices in all 50 states, Edward Jones Investments, established in 1922, has more branch offices than any other brokerage firm in the country. Now Washington Crossing has its own branch office located right in the heart of the community.
Edward Jones strives to identify previously underserved markets and then opens a branch in that location to meet the needs of individual investors and businesses in the area. The Washington Crossing branch opened this past October and is accomplishing just that.
The personal approach to investing is key to the firm’s success. Edward Jones staffs each community office with one financial advisor who clients know and trust to provide personal service and a branch office administrator who provides top-notch client service.
“My vision is to serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Washington Crossing and Upper Makefield communities by providing quality investment opportunities to committed, long-term investors,” says Lori Hoppmann, financial advisor of the Washington Crossing branch located at 1099 General Knox Road.
The Edward Jones philosophy is that service is of utmost importance.
“I offer one-on-one personal interaction with all of my clients,” says Lori.
According to Lori, her clients genuinely appreciate the time she spends getting to know them and understand their personal situations as well as their short- and long-term financial concerns and goals.
“I take a holistic approach, wanting to know as much as possible about my clients,” says Lori. “This in-depth information helps me to customize investment strategies that best meet their objectives.”
It was Lori’s positive experience as an Edward Jones client that motivated her to seek employment with the firm, which has consistently been ranked one of the top companies to work for by Fortune Magazine.
“I liked the comprehensive approach they took with me and how my financial advisor worked with me to establish a strategy to accomplish my goals,” says Lori. “He set me up with a long-term strategy that made me feel secure about my future.”
The financial advisors at Edward Jones immerse themselves in the communities in which they work and Lori is no exception. An active volunteer for several area organizations, Lori also spends many hours introducing herself to residents to make them aware that she is now part of our community.
Lori specializes in retirement planning, estate planning and education planning. Many of her clients are approaching retirement or are retirees who she helps to effectively manage their finances by employing a balanced approach, which reflects each individual’s needs and ability to tolerate risk.
Lori also works with families to educate them on how to save and manage their finances so they can work toward reaching their goals.
“I love my job because I genuinely enjoy helping people who don’t have the time, the expertise, and for some, the confidence to face their retirement planning,” says Lori.
Come experience first-hand the passion Lori has for helping people. She will be hosting a Spring Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, April 12th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Be sure to stop by for refreshments and tour her beautiful new office.
